I stayed at the Best Western Plus Hotel in Addis Ababa twice in the past six months for business trips, and both stays were excellent. The front desk staff were professional and welcoming — special thanks to Samri and Kidist for their outstanding service. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a long day. The food, both at the restaurant and through room service, were delicious and fairly priced. A special thanks as well to Yerusalem for her fast and friendly service. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays.

Overall, everything seems intact and livable except air conditioning performance is weak. Rated moderately acceptable environment about 90% satisfaction.

agonising check in due to expedia and hotel not communicating fully, bussiness room not really worth the money, very tired and dated, old crumpled carpet, broken toilet seat, grouting old, city view looked like bombed war zone, breakfast was a positive, very good.

Property is in a great location. The people are super friendly and helpful. This is my go-to hotel when I'm in Addis Ababa.

Parking is very small, rooms are small and you can hear people in the adjacent room using bathroom and talking

Good and efficient service. Very commutative for arranging an airport shuttle at a late hour. Driver was there waiting. Highly recommended. Great value.
