The location was amazing, and the room was comfortable with a lovely view. However, for this standard of hotel the staff and the experience did not meet expectations. For example we returned to our bedroom to find our door left unlocked and ajar after cleaning. I have never experienced this in any hotel before. We reported this, amongst other issues, to reception who said they would pass it on to the manager. Despite the manager being highly visible the following day (he was wearing a bright yellow shirt with a pinstripe suit and a pocket handkerchief so you couldn’t miss him) he did not make the effort to speak with us. Overall I felt it was a hotel the lacked real care and attention. I do want to call out the Spa manager (Nicky?) who was unique in showing an understanding of customer care. She was exceptional. After this hotel, we moved onto a Rixos hotel in Dubrovnik which really excelled on the customer care. The experience sharply contrasted with our experience in Perast.

Great stay. Excellent breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, lovely spa area, great location. Only slight niggle was a very hard mattress. Although there two weddings during our stay, it didn’t have too much of an impact other than on sun bed availability

We stayed at the Heritage Grand Perast from 10th - 17th May for a week’s holiday and had an excellent time. The hotel is magnificent and well deserving of its five star rating. It is positioned in the centre of Perast and several restaurants are within walking distance (we would recommended Armonia which we visited several nights during our stay). The real special quality about the hotel is the staff: From Iljia who collected us at the pick up point then Ksenija who gave us an early check and an unexpected upgrade , we were made to feel very welcome throughout our stay. Little touches like the breakfast time being brought forward by 30 minutes on our last day so we could get something to eat before our pick-up just symbolise how good the customer service was. Our upgraded room was huge with a small garden terrace to sit out on, quality toiletries and a comfortable bed. The cleanliness of the room was top quality and the staff who serviced the room did a great job. We heard very little noise from adjoining rooms either. Special mention to Dragan and his restaurant team who ran the breakfast service each morning . They were so friendly and helpful and he is such a character. We won’t forget him! The indoor pool and sauna/steam room facilities were top quality too and there is a small gym which we made use of during our stay. Overall, we had an excellent time at the Heritage Grand Perast. It’s an amazing hotel with excellent service and fantastic views. Terry V

The hotel is a center location of Perast. It is eye catching building beautiful and the view of mountains and sea was amazing ! The room was spotless, smells nice, bed is comfortable, toiletries were bvlgari brands, they clean the room everyday and changed the towels. Complimentary drinks in the rooms from water to small bottles of whisky and wines. Staff were brilliant from reception to the housekeeping everyone was so nice and professional. The breakfast was ok lots of options but limited with hot menu options. The spa was spotless even the smells nice. The value for 5 star was a top notch. Totally recommend the hotel.

Loved the property and their hospitality. Air con was heating the room too much and was not able to cool the room which they attributed to the “winter season” - so it did get stuffy in the room, but opening the windows helped a great deal. Very friendly staff. Overall a good experience!

Room overlooking the bay was very well furnished and a very comfortable place to stay. The staff were very helpful and provided impeccable service.

Elegantly beautiful hotel in a majestic location with a breathtaking view. Excellent service; spacious rooms with lovely views. The staff were accommodating and kind. Only complaint was the mattresses were super hard!

This historic property is conveniently located in the heart of Perast. The room had carpet that smelled and the AC vents had mold. The staff was not very friendly, I guess because this Montenenegro small town is constantly visited by tons of turists.

Coffee in breakfast shall be self service like all other food in the buffet. Without need to wait for waiter for coffee

The views and scenery were excellent, the hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking is a bit of an issue as you cannot park near the hotel and it is a 20min walk to the hotel. Breakfast in the morning is good but they don’t have enough seating area for all the guests so at times you needed to wait to be seated which is wasn’t too long. Air con in the room did not work and the room service didn’t make up the room very well. On the whole it’s a lovely place with nice views and restaurants Dardin was our favourite. It’s worth a visit

Absolutely charming! Beautiful property! Excellent stafff! Shout out to Susan, our server for 4 nights! Sooo nice! Perast is picture perfect! And we had a top notch tour by Bogdon, a local guide!

Overall a great experience. Most staff are welcoming however there are a few who were rude. The housekeeping service was disappointing as they just changed the towels and didnt even empty the trash or provide more toilet paper.
