The Staff is outstanding helpful, Brenda Javier we enjoyed their service , the ladies cooking breakfast my apologies I forgot their names beautiful ladies . Also the front desk staff .

La estadía fue muy agradable, las instalaciones muy limpias y modernas, al principio fue algo complicado encontrar la resección ya que hay otros locales en el edificio pero con la ayuda del personal se volvió más rápido su staff muy atento y agradable siempre al pendiente de cualquier duda o necesidad que uno tenga

Mucha bulla en los corresores, el aire se apaga en la noche. El ban̈o tiene lo minimo, las toallas se ven usadas....no parece un Hyatt

Staff is super untrained. They’re rude and just don’t seem capable of providing basic customer service. I got to my room and there was no soap. Took them a while to bring it up, and then the AC wasn’t working. I called again and they sent someone from maintenance, who was honestly the only kind and helpful person I dealt with the whole time. He reset the AC and asked me to wait another 30 minutes. After about 20 more minutes (so over an hour at this point, in that heat), I called back and insisted on a room change. I was traveling with a newborn and they really didn’t seem to care at all. Pool staff is also rude and completely careless about the guest experience. The only good thing about this hotel is the breakfast. Other than that, I would strongly advise against staying here. Also, the room had hair on the floor when I arrived.

It has been a long time since my last visit. The attention and service has improved so greatly. The breakfast went back to the good old days. The green juice was excellent.

Nunca logré llegar perdí mi vuelo y traté de contactarme con la propiedad para ver si podían ayudarme a cambiar la fecha, para el siguiente día y nunca me dijeron nada. Traté de regalarle la noche a otra persona y tampoco aceptaron
