There is no way I could find any sort of fault with this property. I met people who have stayed at Windjammer on multiple occasions and it's easy to see why. The staff are truly wonderful, can't do enough for you and always remember your name. If I'm to be picky maybe some restaurant menus could be a tad more expensive but really that's only finding fault where there is none. Maybe a little quiet at night but I put that down to the fact mid May is out of season. If hopefully I'm out this way again Windjammer Landing will most definitely be my choice for accommodation.

Our stay at Windjammer Resort was absolutely amazing. The views were breathtaking, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The villas were clean and comfortable, and the food options were excellent. We especially loved the beach and the shuttle service around the resort. It was the perfect getaway, and we would definitely return again.

Staff were amazing from arrival and throughout our stay. Incredibly helpful and all extremely well trained to be friendly and accommodating. Johan (I think) one of the ambassadors, John - one of concierge team at the front desk and Jimmy a shuttle bus driver were all truly outstanding and made our stay great. Giselle and Shanna are AMAZING masseurs- definitely book a treatment with them. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection and the different restaurants were also good (didn’t try the Italian). Most villas are based up very steep hills but the 24 hour shuttle service was efficient. The hotel is isolated so a taxi is to get to anywhere offsite, but onsite activities and entertainment were plentiful. We did a catamaran trip which included mud bath (optional) visit to a volcano, swimming/ snorkelling and a delicious lunch. The route took in one side of the island including the twin pitons. A fabulous day. A really great stay marred only by the one and only borderline rude member of staff who checked us out - Skyie. No reason why she was so unpleasant but thankfully she wasn’t the last person we spoke to - that was the lovely and upbeat John, thank you!

Windjammer Landing was a wonderful resort at which to stay, we wanted an all-inclusive property with activities for teenagers included and this fit the bill perfectly. The staff was very friendly. The spa was elegant and the massage was most enjoyable. The tipping policy/practice was difficult to pin down/understand but otherwise a great place to stay.

The Windjammer property is built on a hillside so it has gorgeous views. The downside, however, is that you either have to take a shuttle from your room or walk up and down the steep hill. We chose the exercise most of the time, and I think that’s what kept us from gaming weight from all the awesome food!

Lovely location and very private however the service for a 5 star hotel was very poor ( with the odd exception) and the food pretty average except for the Italian

We had the most amazing two weeks at Windjammer. It got off to a bumpy start but the management team; Lloyd and Helen, and the ambassador staff worked hard to sort everything out for which we couldn't be more grateful. The rest of the trip was fantastic. The food on offer at their various on site restaurants was great with quality evening entertainment. The many pools were tremendous fun, and the beach was easily accessible. The resort had various water sports equipment; we made use of snorkels, kayaks and paddle boards. While we didn't have any, the resort seemed to be full of families, and sounded like the kids club was very popular. All in all, could not recommend Windjammer Landing enough!

The property is great: beautiful villas, private beach, adults and kiddy pools, motorized and non- motorized water sports options, free entertainments during the day and night or you can choose excursions for extra charge ( we chose jamming sail tour which was a really fun way to see the island). The staff is very friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Kids club is just amazing- they have daily programs and you will know in advance what kids will do. Kids clubs staff is great - a special thank you to Christiann. My little one didn’t want to leave at the end of the day! Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Lunch and dinner are average and very expensive if you do not have all-inclusive. Their spa is amazing - it has endless options for relaxation. The property is far from the airport - be prepared for windy roads if you choose land transportation. Overall, my family and I enjoy our stay. The only issue we experienced was the check in. The check in time is at 3 pm but we did not get into our villa until after 5 pm. We were offered lunch on the house for inconvenience which was great but they need to make check in process more efficient.

Windjammer was just 'OK' compared to other resorts we've visited in the Caribbean. For the price, we were hoping something would stand out... but it didn't. Unfortunately, we only remember the negatives. Paid drinks (~US$15) are extremely watered down, most times witnessed [literally] a splash of alcohol on top of the mix - they could at least use a jigger! On-property beach solicitation was annoying and disruptive. Shuttle service spotty at best and became a hassle - good luck walking the hills several times/day. The private pools had no umbrella (spots for them, but not installed), so no shade. All of the restaurants had the same basic food - nothing special in selection or taste so we went off-property most times. Nightly entertainment was OK, nothing special. Overall, would stay somewhere else if we return.

The property was beautiful, hillside with great views. Walking to your room may be a challenge as it is very steep however they do offer shuttles up to your residence. The beach is calm, beautiful with great waters. The restaurants on the property are very expensive with sucky food, no real flavor, no good quality service even though they say it’s “luxury”. This property is not a luxury property even though they charge like one. The pillows in our room were stained and so were the towels. A bit disappointed with this property.
