The staff was very friendly…Jason the bartender was AWESOME!!! The room service was HORRIBLE. 90% of the food listed on the app wasn’t available ONLY pizza and burgers. The staff seemed new and still trying to figure out the property. The food service was very slow. Resort very clean and our room was beautiful (1king jr. suite)

Small quit property only couple dinning options but two other resorts across the road you could go to. Room service available but never received my orders in full best to order the day before if possible. Cleaners came twice a day to clean our room with great attitudes. The drinks or some of the best I’ve ever had as well as food at a couple of the restaurants. Only one OK dining experience the rest were fantastic.

Very limited amenities for an all inclusive. No beach access. Only two eating options with the same menu daily. Service in these two restaurants were extremely slow despite them being empty. Most people spent all their time on the sister property which is not explained when booking this property.

Check in was quick and easy, room was beautiful as expected. Property is considered a boutique hotel which made it very quiet and peaceful. The bartender Latoya was full of life and super sweet. The hotel is tropical and not much of a party zone, the size made it a little difficult to retrieve pool towels and chairs. People took two and three towels at a time, which resulted in us visiting the sister properties Dreams and I’mare. The golf carts were a plus and the drivers were extremely nice and attentive. We visited Blu and received exceptional service from Shakiel, Hubert and Johnathan! We were also able to be apart of a painting class by the water which was beautiful. Our overall experience was great and we plan to visit once more.

Hotel amenities. They ran out of liquor a few different days. The late bar was suppose to close at 12am but was closed at 10 one night and 11 the next.

Love the resort it very welcoming and quiet, the room is exactly as pictured staff is friendly, the spa was great, the location is approximately 15/20 minutes from the airport and approximately 10 minutes from the city, the fireworks on a Thursday night is a must see overall a really nice island to vacation the aquafari and the Klein luxury boat tour where my 2 favorite.

An ultimately disappointing experience in comparison to other all inclusive resorts we have stayed at. The Check In The staff at the welcome desk are exactly that, welcoming. I honestly have never had a better check in experience at any resort or hotel in my life. Nothing short of an amazing front desk staff. Food The food on day one was good. The food on day 2 was similar. But that’s when it ended. Ordered Eggs Benedict with poached eggs resembling a hard boiled egg. Fish was tough and the skin soggy. The French onion soup had no crusty bread in or on the soup and no cheese melted (or in existence at all) on top. The flavor was abysmal. Panera makes a better French onion soup. Ouch. My husbands seafood soup had one piece of floating shrimp, and the flavor was bland. Food Service Slow, with food and beverages coming out after LONG periods of time. A drink ordered with dinner came out after dinner had been served. Pool/Amenities Pool was clean, with plenty of chairs and towels. The gym had several broken machines or equipment, without notices on them at all. VIP Services The $200 voucher, is several coupons toward either $10 off one of the wines in their wine cellar, $40 off a massage, or $60 off one of their exclusive dining events. Not worth it at all.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Noetry in Curacoa and the rooms are very spacious and clean and the room was very comfortable overall. We had the master suite and the living room and bedroom area was very large and it came with two balconies, which was a wonderful surprise! The room attendants kept the room very clean and there was always a nightly turn down service also. We usually ate breakfast at The Bloom and the staff and the food there was always great. A special thank you to Sjari for always taking wonderful care of us there, as well as several of the other servers! Some things on the dinner menu were good at The Bloom but other items were not that great, so we started eating dinner at the il mare at The Battellino restaurant and the food was amazing there! We were sad that we didn’t discover it sooner, but grateful that we got to enjoy it for 3 nights in a row. I’d like to extend a special thank you to Shanice and Gabrielle for their amazing service that was extended to us there as well, as it was immensely appreciated! I also need to mention Jason and Dyeon, two of the bartenders at The Flora bar, who were always very attentive and kind and made great drinks and we greatly appreciated both of their service and kindness! A special thank you to Didi at the security gate for always making us smile and for all of her kindness and her beautiful soul!
