The staff were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. The housekeeping staff kept the room spotless. The temperature in the room was perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable. The beautiful beach is directly across the street. The only negative is that it is near a waste water treatment plant and depending on the way the wind blows the smell can be pretty bad but applies to all the hotels in the area. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property.

The hotel was clean, attractive, staff friendly, great location on Eagle Beach. The pool is small so it is better suited to adults.

The room was great… right across from the beach. Location is close to everything Clean room, great housekeeping. Friendly staff, quiet hotel. Just what we wanted. The beach is amazing. Maybe one small thing, the chairs and umbrellas, even if the hotel guests had priority, since it’s a public beach, priority is given to those that pay. Do make sure you secure your spots early, otherwise you may end up with no chairs or shade.

Very pretty hotel across from Eagle Beach. The staff is wonderful! They booked our snorkeling and sightseeing tours for us. The room as well as the entire property is immaculate. Totally recommend staying here!

Excellent place to stay especially with a baby. They were super accommodating, the beach is right across the street, there is a kiddie pool and passions is an amazing restaurant.

The room and the entire resort was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beach access was great as well. The only thing I wish they had was an all inclusive option and a gym. But everything else was fantastic! I would definitely stay here again.

Not really a view of the beach from our room. The place was nice and staff very nice, but it smells right there. A local person told us there’s a sewage dump close by.

Our first stay at this resort exceeded our expectations! We had a deluxe beachfront studio, and it was perfect for us (2 adult females). We had a beautiful view of the ocean and plenty of room for all of our stuff. While we didn't spend much time in the room, we never felt crowded. The room and grounds were immaculate. Staff were helpful and friendly. We had daily palapa and beach chairs (and towels). This was our 7th trip to Aruba and the first time we were able to use the beach (the other beach had no breeze and so just too hot). We are already planning to return to Amsterdam Manor next year!

Great place

Room was great... we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with a great balcony view of the beach. Big shout-out to Jennifer and Juan Carlos for ensuring we were taken care of the entire week. Only issue was their AC went out for a day... While that was a minor inconvenience, I was impressed with the staffs attention to getting the issue promptly resolved and "taking care of us"

Had to stay an extra night so we only were here for the one night after rebooking. I wish we had stayed here the entire trip. It was a beautiful kept property with a nice pool right on the beach. The staff was amazing. Restaurant was amazing. Next time in Aruba, I plan to stay here.

Customer Service was exceptional. The property and rooms were very well kept. Food and Drinks were great and the Beach was the best I have ever visited!

The room, and the entire facility, was immaculate. The staff, from the front desk, to the housekeepers, to the bar and restaurant staff, were all so friendly and helpful. There were some minor issues with the seating process at the restaurant, but overall our experience with AMBR was stellar and we look forward to visiting again.

Amsterdam Manor hotel was amazing. Hotel was very clean, King Suite was spacious and beautiful. Hotel staff was over the top accommodating. Can't wait to go back!
