Excellent. Omar in the Reception was outstanding!

This was an excellent hotel. We were disappointed that the executive lounge was closed when we arrived but they had made alternate arrangements which worked quite well. Dinner was great and the staff excellent. Breakfast buffet was probably best of our trip. I used room service twice and they were prompt on both occasions with good food. Would stay here again.

Great stay

A wee bit pricey for breakfast...so on checkin ask for the discounts...the taxis are expensive taken from the hotel..so..thats worth consideration.... as well....maybe get one outside..... The hotel is lovely..the staff are really nice and helpful...

Everything was excellent I stayed here for 5 days! The only complaint was about breakfast when I ordered it to my room the order came out completely wrong!! The menu say every detail about each breakfast but when I ordered American and Jordanian breakfast it came absolutely different!’ I have to call the room service and asked them where is the other part of my breakfast!!! 🙄
