I liked the fact that the place is quiet. They need to improve on room service, we had to chase for soaps, tissues, room cleaning, there was no microwave in the room. But the caretaker is very friendly and ready to help

On arrival, we were able to access the property earlier than the stated check in time. But do note that not all units are as modern as the photos shown. We were in a room with an outdated bathroom. The original listing stated that breakfast was included, but we were informed this was inaccurate and nothing was done to recify the inaccuracy. Finally, I left a phone charger in the room and informed them not long after leaving that I could come back for it. But it was "not found".... There are better places to stay in the area. I wouldn't return to this property

Arrived about 10pm with a confirmed and paid-for Expedia reservation, including late check-in. No one there except pkg lot security. No booking. No room. Thanks for stranding me at night in a foreign country. Expedia now involved and the simple solution was to pay for my emergency alternative accommodation. So far-- crickets.....

I arrive to Paradise Resort after tiring flight and taxi drive. The check in was a little slow but when I received an unexpected penthouse flat with roof top patio and exceptional views of the ocean, it quick was quickly forgotten. Quiet and comfortable. 4 min walk to coffee shop, shopping and groceries. 15 min walk to beach. I enjoyed my stay and recommend Paradise Resort Apartments.

Ongelooflijk prijs/prestatie verhouding. Incredible value for money. For a third of a hotel night you get a complete apartment. Clean pool nice green garden and friendly staff. Lots of parking space in an attractive part of Mombasa near shopping center and restaurants.
