Location 13 minutes to airport

The hotel's strategic location, just 15 minutes from KLIA airport, makes it perfect for transit. The rooms are spacious and clean. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

This was a great stopover before our morning flight to KLIA. We stayed overnight before returning home and bought souvenirs at a supermarket about 100 meters from the hotel. It was also easy to find food. We used the airport shuttle service for RM30 (20 minutes), and the fare varies depending on the number of people. There were 2 adults, 2 children, and 2 suitcases.

First time stayed at Hotel 99. Family room 2+1, comfortable with room space. Looking forward to stay at this hotel again.

The check-in process was smooth, and there was a taxi to the airport. It's perfect for getting to the airport, only a 20-minute taxi ride away, especially with an early morning flight.

Close to restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, and clinics. Not far from the airport, about 10 minutes.

I was stuck at the check-in line for quite some time despite I was the second on queue. Should improve on that. Customers choosing this area mostly are transiting for flights. It's tiring to be still waiting for check-in.

The hotel location is not too far from the airport, you can use IDrive (online transportation similar to GoCar or GrabCar), you can pay in cash around 22-25 MYR or 88 thousand - 100 thousand (exchange rate for October 25).

It was very unfortunate that when I entered the room, it was still not packed even though it was already past 3:00 pm. I had to wait quite a while to get into the room after a long journey.

My choice is because it is quite close to Klia, which takes only 10-15 minutes to drive. Near the hotel there are also many restaurants and grocery stores that make it easy for us to get food and other items.

Just entered the hotel and was given broken glass and the hotel, how come when it rains the room can flood and the sink can flood outside the room and if it rains the room on the 2nd floor can also flood and the hotel is wet and everyone complains about the wet trash, who cares? The hotel is winning, there are lots of people selling food around it.

Check-in time is 3pm. We waited in a very hot hotel room without air conditioning, especially in very hot weather outside. An Indian female staff member was very unfriendly to customers. We stayed on the first floor. Along the way to the room, the smell of cigarettes was very strong. The passage to the room was very narrow and there was no ventilation, and this was the reason why the smell of cigarettes did not want to go away. It felt cramped to breathe. When we got to the room, the smell of cigarettes was getting stronger. Maybe because of the poor ventilation in the hotel. We slept all night with the smell of cigarettes that did not want to go away, when we entered the bathroom, the smell of cigarettes was very strong and the room was full of mosquitoes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ACCOMMODATION TO FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN AGE 19 AND UNDER, ESPECIALLY THOSE WITH BABY. Hoteliers should not just look for profit. Improve the quality of service, improve the behavior of the staff, and upgrade the rooms to provide comfort to customers. Thank you

The hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful at check in.

Excellent service. Comfortable, with a driver to take you to the airport. Cool air conditioning, hot water, and an elevator. Fun, safe, and affordable.

The facilities are really good, quiet and comfortable to rest. Overall, it is recommended.
