Stayed in room number 4, in the application when booking there was a TV, but when we arrived at the location the TV was available but it couldn't be turned on, when confirming with the officer, they informed that the TV was turned off because it was not a room facility. The shower handle was loose, the officer had known from the beginning but when we checked in we were not informed that the shower handle was broken, when we complained the officer replied that the repair was waiting for the Villa owner to come

The location of the inn is quite far from Banjar Nyuh harbor. The position faces the sea but is blocked by the inn building across so it is useless. The room is spacious and nice. The downside is that the AC is not cold at all, the TV cannot be turned on, the hot water does not work and the cupboard and table are dusty as if there have been no visitors for a long time.

Overall. For a budget hotel this was a great stay. The bed was super comfortable, the balcony was nice to sit on. There were ants, but its indonesia, there are always ants. The wifi was t strong in the room but fine on the balcony. The pool was nice. There was only staff there to clean once a day. I have seen reviews that complain about it but I am pretty self sufficient. If you want to be catered too probably try a more luxurious and expensive place. If you want a nice quiet place to store your things while you tour around penida this is a great spot.

Two days stay on August 13-14, 2024. The first night was fine. The whole night was quiet and comfortable, sitting relaxed on the front porch of the room. The second night was the opposite, at 1 am suddenly a group of people came with a pick-up truck and chatted very loudly, shouting and noisy at the reception, it seemed like they were local residents. Until 4 am they were not finished and made us unable to sleep. The hot water in the bathroom also did not work.
