Due to attending a child's school graduation at PonPes Cipasung. From Tangerang. Our family arrived at the hotel at 17.40 from the check-in time at 14.00, we were immediately given the key without asking many questions from the receptionist. Great. The room is clean. And comfortable, unfortunately there is no hot water kettle. So if you want hot water, you have to go out of the room, it is provided in front with a dispenser. The hotel environment is quite clean and beautiful with plants. And rice fields. Unfortunately the swimming pool is broken, there is no water so the children cannot swim.

The atmosphere is comfortable, suitable for bringing small children, feels like home, the service is friendly, the rooms are clean, the AC is super cold 👍

I wasn't the one staying overnight but there were no complaints.

When we checked the receptionist really do the needfull, even they knew that we booked 2 rooms and they prepare the room side by side so made us easier. The service also very excellent, they prepare the rooms and the extra bed really fast. Even in the next morning when there was electricity outage, they turned on the generator. Perhaps they can upgrade the service bay prepared electric kettle, so guest could get hot water.

The room is spacious, the water heater is okay, the air conditioner is okay, only in room number 11 the roof is leaking, the tv cannot be used because the antenna cable is not installed, please fix it immediately.

For example pillows that still smell, the sheets are still dirty, in the bathroom there are no toiletries (soap and shampoo), even though there are traces of soap bottles and shampoo belonging to "OYO". There is also no drinking water. Even though the price of the hotel is almost equivalent to 1 or 2 star hotels.
