First time visiting Wildwood and the experience that Waves Hotel gave us was fantastic. It is a small but comfortable hotel.

Updated and very clean. Staff was very nice and welcoming.

The property was clean but did have an odor about it. Also, the walls in the room are very thin. I could hear everything in the next room. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The shower head was hanging on the wall and the shower drain was clogged.

I would not recommend staying at the waves hotel. I’ve been going to wildwood since I was a kid (40+ years) & I understand what you normally get with a wildwood motel/hotel. However, this place was pretty bad. We had a hole in our 3rd floor ceiling with the sheet rock pieces still in the floor. Our light next to the bed was broken off the wall. The bed sheets even had a body odor smell to them. The worst part was the parking. They want you to leave your keys with them because there aren’t enough spaces & your car gets blocked in. I think they are renting out spaces or using them for personal use, because the lot looks overcrowded for the hotel size. Every night that we came back from dinner was an adventure to park at the hotel. If you ask the front desk, they would direct you to a shady spot to park. We needed a last second hotel & the location was convenient - directly off the 3rd pier where the Great White roller coaster is. The only other perk is that they have complimentary water bottles. I learned my lesson & will try our luck elsewhere next time. Wildwood Crest is much nicer to stay.

I wasn’t pleased this stay. The front desk wasn’t friendly as they were last year. Also for the price you should still have continental breakfast. Not happy

The Staff is ALWAYS amazing. Third year of booking and I have never been disappointed. Very accommodating, clean, helpful, and convenient.

Great location walking distance to boardwalk. Not many parking spaces. No smoke alarm install and some house keeping needed to be done..room needed paint (pencil markings on the wall next to bed). Room phone disconnect. Shower door felt it was going to fall off. Overral location was good.

Fabulous location. Wonderful help at front desk. Pool was clean and perfect temperature.

The property was very clean! The greeting staff was pleasant and accommodating throughoutour stay. The hotel was modern and the photos on the site was exactly how the rooms looked in person. This hotel also was only 2 short blocks (3 minute) walk to the boardwalk which was extremely convenient.
