El hotel muy céntrico, con su propio ambiente muy elegante y acogedor. El equipo de Recepción muy amable especialmente Jose quien me atendió y su compañero cuando hicimos nuestro check-in. Desayuno muy bueno con varios opciones y cosas caseras a elegir. Bien atendido también con equipo de cafetería muy amable. Restaurantes y cafeterías cercanas, y para pasear en el ‘ Madrid centro’ es fenomenal la ubicación del hotel.

The room was spotlessly clean and roomy but was way too dark, it was so hard to find things in case. Also there was nowhere to sit although there was loads of room where a 2 seater couch could've been placed. Staff and breakfast were great!

Great location, clean rooms and wonderful staff. The only issue being a lot of noise from the roof in the attic room we had.

Great location, very central so everything was within walking distance. Beautiful stylish hotel, rooms were spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Lovely little balcony in the superior room overlooking the city streets. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Highly recommend.
