I waited 2 hours in front of the villa because there was no staff. The villa/hotel call center service does not pick up the phone. Very bad service, highly not recommended.

Too complicated way for check in as we have to go to other property for only filling the registration form. The property was not like we expect as there was no bathtub while they display images in online.
