We paid IDR 1.2 million (room only) for a total nightmare. There is no parking space, so we had to park on the street for Rp 25,000. During check-in, they insisted on keeping my ID card. When I refused, they demanded a Rp 100,000 cash deposit with absolutely no receipt given. The room was filthy. The sofa was ancient and dirty, the bedsheets and pillows had hair on them, and there were literally clumps of hair on the floor. We had to sleep on a blanket we brought from our car just to avoid touching the bed. It was noisy all night, and we woke up covered in bug bites. Absolutely horrible.

- Smelly bathroom, yellow toilet is not clean - TV is not working, asked to be repaired but the reason is that there is no technician - No Aqua, no tissue - The room smells fragrant - It's like a boarding house, - The staff asked to change our room with the excuse of blah blah, even though we have booked 2 days, - Not clean and not comfortable

when we checked in, we were initially rejected with the reason that it was full but Travrloka was still accepting, the staff offered to cancel, we rejected it, we waited for more than 1 hour, until 3 o'clock there was still no room, when we asked to cancel the staff refused with the reason that the room was ready, finally we accepted it with a room condition that was really not worth it with a price of more than 1.1 million, dirty, lots of cigarette butts in the KM, the water gallon was not closed, the stove and refrigerator were just accessories, etc.

Cleanliness is indeed a determining factor, but the staff service is very friendly, but the sheets and walls have lots of stains, and when you first enter you immediately smell bad from the toilet 😓

The condition of the room is very bad, not fit for habitation. For a price of 2 million, you get a room with lots of cockroaches and the place is as narrow as possible. I checked in but didn't even spend 1 hour in the room and chose to check out and didn't get any sleep because it was so bad.

The price is totally inappropriate for the cleanliness, there is no wifi, even the TV antenna cable is left unconnected...

My House staff is friendly, the admin is also responsive, earlier the lights went out and immediately chatted with the admin and the lights came back on, the room is clean, the kitchen equipment is minimal hehe there is a leaking pan, there is no frying pan, there is only 1 stove. Overall it is good, thank you

The hotel staff is very friendly, to check in according to the promised time, the room is very neat and clean, the water is also odorless and clean. Suggestions for the future may be added wifi in the room to make it more comfortable for customers. Overall the room is very comfortable.

the check-in time which is not in accordance with the early stipulations is 14.00 but check-in can only be at 16.00

The room is clean, fragrant, and comfortable. Complete facilities, friendly staff, very strategic location close to Ciwalk Mall, basically the best. If I go to Bandung, I will come back here.

Bagus banget wajib ke sini kalau ke Bandung, ke rumahku di Jatin Love banget, makasih kakaknya baik banget.

Dapat kamar yang lumayan bersih, tapi sayangnya tidak ada Wi-Fi 😄. Padahal harga segitu harusnya sudah dapat Wi-Fi. Dekat sekitarnya banyak tempat makan dan di bawah juga ada minimarket. Jadi, mudah untuk cari cemilan.

Lantai dan sprei sangat kotor dan banyak rambut di mana-mana.
