I initially thought the hotel wasn't that great. But when I arrived, it turned out to be worth it. Despite the budget price, the location is strategic, clean, and quite comfortable. Overall, it's quite good for those on a budget.

I can only give a review after finishing my vacation about 2 weeks ago, whehe. Well, let's start with the access first, it's less than 10 minutes to Malioboro, right on the main road. The room size is spacious, complete facilities (twin bed, AC, bathroom with water heater, soap & toothpaste, drinking water gallon outside the room). Really, what's the loss for such a cheap price?! Next, let's talk about cleanliness. Hmm, it looks like this is quite an old building, it can be seen from the crust in the bathroom but it's forgiven because there are no cockroaches or ants. The towels & bed are clean, but yes, there are marks like graffiti on the bed indicating it's a bit less clean. But there is something missing, my suggestion is that the management prohibits anyone from smoking in the lobby, ugh, the smoke goes into the room. Luckily the bathroom blower is on 😮‍💨😫 even though there is a small garden in front, it should be a special smoking area. For this cheap price, I think it's worth it if it gets good reviews on the Traveloka app!! Equivalent to the 3 star hotels I have visited in the Jogja area.

Everything was great, but I happened to get a room next to one with a very loud machine, which sometimes disturbed my sleep. It was very loud.

I always stay here every year when I visit Yogyakarta because it's so comfortable. It's definitely on my wishlist for cheap yet comfortable hotels. Awesome!

The room is clean, the sheets smell good too... 2 towels are provided, the bathroom is okay, there is a water heater, but yes, it is a bit dull but still tolerable... The AC is cold, the room is spacious... Access is also good, next to a major highway. Recommended to stay here, with a very affordable price.

This is my second time staying here. Strategic location with several popular places in Jogja. There is also a bus stop in front, which makes it easy to travel by bus. For the room, I got room No. 1, honestly it was a bit noisy because it was too close to the lobby, where sometimes there were some people chatting, plus it was close to the road, so it felt noisy. There is a water dispenser with free refills, tea/coffee is also provided. You can borrow glasses/plates/spoons if needed. The room is quite large, unfortunately the twin beds, even though I was alone, were quite difficult to put together because there was a pole that was stuck between the beds. The AC was cold, unfortunately the bathroom water tap was leaking, so the sound was a bit disturbing. Hot water is available and works well.

Good price-to-performance, the bathroom even had its own water heater. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, this guesthouse doesn't provide any food. Still a good guesthouse for me though.
