Our room was dirty, our TV didn’t work we told front desk. And no one came to fix tv. I clean our bathroom was dirty and I cleaned it . Also at a dinner in a banquet room my daughter felt the start of an allergic reaction. I asked the staff if they knew what was in the deserts, was answered with don’t know. Ask if there was nuts . Staff said don’t know. I asked them if they could check and was told not right now. Luckily enough my daughter is ok.

The rooms are clean with nicely updated decore. The amenities are good. Has breakfast at Hiy's and it was very good and reasonablely priced. My one complaint is that the pillows are all too big and pooffy. A couple smaller or thinner pillows would be helpful for smaller people

The room itself was very nice -- clean and comfortable. It was the front desk crew that I took issue with. I needed an early check-in to attend a staff party -- not overly early -- I wanted to check in at 3 pm instead of 4 pm. I called the front desk the day before my reservation and the phone must've rang about 50 times. I was out walking my dog so I just let it keep ringing. FINALLY, a young lady answered and said she couldn't guarantee an early check-in until the actual day of the reservation and then she just hung up on me! I called the next day, which was the day of my reservation, and again the phone must've rung about 50 times before a young man answered, said yes, I could have my early check-in, and then he hung up on me too. WOW. I was shocked not only about the trouble I had to go through for a simple request, but also being hung up on twice. This is customer service????

Staff were fine. Everything else was horrible. Pool was shut down by the department of Health. No one informed me that when I checked in. I was stuck on the elevator twice. I paid for an upgraded room and did not receive it and was offered no refund I was disrespected because my wife requires a certified medical service animal For that reason we were put in a pet room. We don’t have a pet and my wife doesn’t need to be punished because of a handicap
