The room itself was very nice -- clean and comfortable. It was the front desk crew that I took issue with. I needed an early check-in to attend a staff party -- not overly early -- I wanted to check in at 3 pm instead of 4 pm. I called the front desk the day before my reservation and the phone must've rang about 50 times. I was out walking my dog so I just let it keep ringing. FINALLY, a young lady answered and said she couldn't guarantee an early check-in until the actual day of the reservation and then she just hung up on me! I called the next day, which was the day of my reservation, and again the phone must've rung about 50 times before a young man answered, said yes, I could have my early check-in, and then he hung up on me too. WOW. I was shocked not only about the trouble I had to go through for a simple request, but also being hung up on twice. This is customer service????
