Regarding the room fee, maybe the staff did not explain it clearly to me, causing a little misunderstanding. Please allow me to explain more carefully. Yes, we will calculate the room fee in the following forms, specifically for the Standard class I stayed on June 4: Hours: 300,000/first 2 hours, 130,000/hour after Day and night: 855,000 (Check-in: 2pm, Check-out: 12pm the next day) Overnight: 615,000 (Check-in: 10pm, Check-out: 12pm the next day) Because my stay is short-term, we have considered between Overnight and Hour forms. That day I checked in at 6am. If calculated by Hourly price, from 6am to 12pm the price is 820,000. The hotel checked the system and realized that the Overnight price would be more favorable for me, so the staff calculated the Overnight price of 615,000, not the full Day and Night price of 855,000 as I mentioned. Regarding the issue of soundproofing and lighting in the room, this issue will also depend on the individual design and structure of each room. However, we still ask for permission to record our opinions to present to superiors. .
