Great service as usual. Unfortunately, the pool isn't accessible yet.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, with friendly and helpful staff. The surrounding area is conveniently located, and access is easy (near Basko Grand Mall, and within the UNP area there's a minimarket, ATM, mosque, cafe, canteen, etc.).

Hotel is good. Location is strategic.

The room is clean and comfortable, close to the roadside, so it's easy to go anywhere.

UNP hotel and convention has a strategic location in the center of Padang, close to Basko Mall, behind it is the beach, close to Al Azhar mosque, there is an ATM and money changer in front of the hotel so if you need money, access is very easy, want to find food? Just go out the street 3 minutes to find an ampera seller and 10 thousand Egyptian martabak which is worth it. You are also allowed to leave your luggage before checking in. Maybe the check-in process needs to be improved, we waited for the room key for almost 45 minutes, even though we were tired, hopefully the staff can be more responsive in providing room availability. It just so happened that there was a graduation ceremony next door, so I was very, very satisfied to be able to stay here.

Check-in was fast and the service was great. The room was clean, the mattress and pillows were soft, and the towels smelled nice. I had breakfast past 8:00, and much of the food wasn't refilled. I've also been on staycations before, and it took a very long time to refill. I don't know if they were out of stock. I'd advise the restaurant to refill quickly.
