The staff is communicative, friendly, when I experienced the problem of wrong check-in date, because when booking via app suddenly and in a hurry so I didn't focus on the visit date, and when I was at the reception the staff immediately called here and there for the rescheduling process & directed to reschedule via the app until it was finished, initially given a room on the 2nd floor but I requested for the front 1st floor, without giving any reason the staff already understood & knew because I brought a toddler. For comfort, the room is really okay, cold AC, functional TV, clean bathroom, safe water heater, spacious parking, the minus is that there are many Wi-Fi servers but it's a bit slow, the note is that room 12A has a sliding wardrobe door broken on one side.
