The staff is all incredible. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy, however the hotel is tired & dated. The common areas (hallways, stairwells, pool area) are not cleaned or maintained. Also no lighting in the stairwell. I was disappointed in my selection of hotel.

The hotel overall was okay. The rooms themselves were updated and had most all you could need while the common areas could benefit from a refresh. The breakfast was the real star of the stay. The biggest issue we had was the internet was incredibly slow and made even basic tasks hard to accomplish. It was so slow some days that we could not even load a speed test to document how slow it was performing. If you need to be connected while in Palau, this would not be a good hotel choice as cellular service is already a challenge on the island making wifi vital. The staff however was always nice and the location of the hotel was good. So it really comes down to what you need in a stay.

The carpeting is pretty dirty for a newer hotel. Shuttle rides to the airport are almost double per person tgst a taxi.

Very quiet resort but the staff were welcoming and helpful and the food very good. It was also extremely for our transition to the Palau aggressor liveaboard dive boat

Staff is pleasant. Building is showing its age. Lack of maintenance is starting to effect structure.

Hotel suffers from the smell of mold. Resort is showing its age with lack of proper maintenance. Staff is pleasant. Clearly the resort will suffer more and more with age and lack of care.

Wish there could be more dining options in the hotel or cooking could be better. I went to Drop Off next door for all my meals except for breakfast which was included in the room charge.

Spent three weeks here in November while doing a bunch of snorkeling and kayaking. The Cove is ideally located for these activities and a wonderful place to stay. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Breakfast buffet is probably the best I’ve ever experienced! Love the room, very comfortable bed and great rain shower head. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone visiting Palau.

It was a short stay but great. The front desk was wonderful in assisting us with all of questions and needs. The room was nice, clean with great climate control. There was a big storm and when the power went out they quickly recovered both our electricity and internet!
