This was my second stay recently. Itbis really value for money. The facilities are very good and the staff is helpful and friendly. Although I speak Portuguese, English is spoken and understood the breakfast is generous and the restaurant has a very good menu for other meals. I highly recommend the Hotel Terminus.

They say a three star hotel with five star services. I would agree. Very convenient in Polana. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was clean with everything i needed. Several choices for places to relax and eat. Great menu and wonderful breakfast included with the price.

A mixed review. The room was fine, air-con worked well, nice bed and was clean. The bathroom was very dated, shower head didn't sit in cradle so water went everywhere. The restaurant is halal so doesn't serve alcohol with meal. They let people smoke in outside area even though there was a no smoking sign. Also people smoked in the indoor bar area - not nice. It's a bit expensive for a medium rated hotel. We arranged airport transfer to pick us up but driver left because our flight was 30 minutes late so we had to call and were hanging around while he came back.

The food was excellent. staff is friendly and helpful. I liked everything about my stay in this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and a good deal for the price. However, the breakfast was mediocre, which needs improvement. I would suggest covering the food to prevent flies from sitting on them. My bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade. The water does not go down the drain in the shower. Regardless the bathroom was clean. Furthermore, they should at least have a few irons available to guests when they need them.

Great hotel, conveniently located to many points of interest, impeccable, friendly service, great restaurant serving excellent breakfast and dinner. Would definitely stay here again!!
