Great Staff

Luxury hotel with excellent BF and good service

Hotel Tiama is centrally located and has decent service. The buffet is overpriced but you can have food delivered through Yango. The desk staff is not very friendly but they did give me a late checkout at no charge so I would use them again.

That was my first stay in Tiama Hotel and it was a good surprise as it is well located in Plateau but especially the service which was excellent.

I stayed at this hotel for a week recently. It was close to my meetings and offered free airport transfers, so I booked the hotel. It did not disappoint. The staff was excellent and helpful—right from the staff who connects you at the airport. Comfortable beds and air conditioning worked. Good wi-fi. One of the evenings, there was a complimentary cocktail hour for the guests - that was cool.

Staff us very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is fair. Breakfast buffet is great.

Great place

The place is nice, but we really did not enjoy the night we spent there. The hotel was having a party at the pool the the load music was playing way past 1 am in the morning despite repeat requests to shut it off. This is really unacceptable for a 5 start hotel not to have quiet time policy and if they do have not to follow it. I will not recommend this place

Piece of art place...all thumbs up

At every stage, from porter to front desk to dining, staff was outstanding! Receptionist and porter (Kevin) come to mind but all were great. Hotel is also very clean and comfortable. Kudos!

Great place

Large hotel in the financial sector of Abidjan and for that reason it is busy during the day but light on at night. Pretty much forced to eat at the hotel restaurant with rude staff and overpriced meals.

Excellent place for those who like tasty breakfast and access to restaurants and grocery store nearby.

J’ai été très impressionné par le professionnalisme, la sécurité, le confort, la rapide disponibilité, la gentillesse et la courtoisie du Staff de l’hôtel Tiama. Le sourire était au rendez-vous depuis ma prise à l’aéroport d’Abidjan jusqu’à mon départ. Je recommande vivement cet excellent établissement hôtelier que j’ai fréquenté depuis les années 1990 car étant un habitant du Plateau. J’y reviendrai. Merci.

Loved this hotel. Best part is the superb staff that went above and beyond all the time.
