We loved everything: comfy rooms, the kind staff, the amazing spa treatments, great on-property food & drinks, etc. No notes! We'd recommend this hotel to everyone and would stay here again.

I like how empty the Beach was given the fact that I was unaware that it was mostly a timeshare place which left the beach pretty empty unless it was the weekend. However, they do not tell you that when you get the unlimited package, it does not mean unlimited because apparently top shelf, liquor and shrimp and lobster and certain cuts of meat are not included in the package for the all-inclusive but they don’t tell you that they also don’t tell you that they’re going to charge you $12 a day at the end of your stay you just get a bill and wonder why always ask apparently. So many mosquitoes bring bug spray and your inside is not a safety zone for bugs trust me I got bit mostly when I was inside very expensive hotel terrible gift shop never go food shopping in St. Lucia. You will be broke afterwards. There is a laundry room in your room most likely so don’t overpack like I Did.

Resort was clean, employees were outstanding. Calm beach that works well for families with children. The resort is flat. No big hills to climb like other resorts on the island.

The accommodations themselves were the highlight. The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and comfortable, offering a pleasant place to relax. Housekeeping was consistent, and the physical condition of the property—at least in terms of lodging—met the standard one would expect at this price point. Unfortunately, nearly every other aspect of the resort was disappointing. The food was a consistent letdown. Quality was mediocre at best, with limited variety and little attention to presentation or flavor. Compounding this, prices were disproportionately high relative to what was offered. Dining quickly felt more like an obligation than an experience to enjoy. Adding to the frustration was what can only be described as misleading representation of dining options. The resort advertises multiple restaurants, creating the impression of choice and variety. In reality, only one venue was open on any given night, significantly limiting options and contributing to a repetitive, uninspired dining experience. The lack of amenities was also surprising. For a resort positioning itself at this level, the offerings felt sparse. While the baech was nice, the beach chairs were old and tired. Activities, facilities, and overall guest experiences were minimal, leaving little to do beyond simply occupying the room. I would not return, nor would I recommend this resort to others seeking a well-rounded and high-quality stay. There are far better options available in this area ......

This resort is amazing!!! It exceeded all of my expectations! The staff was very friendly and pleasant. From the Butler service which made my stay very relaxing and comforting. Greg and his team were top notch and handled all of my needs. The food at the resort was delicious and very flavorful. All in all I would definitely recommend staying at The Landings Resort.

Amazing vacation. We loved everything about it. The butlers Ophelia and Kirby were both excellent. Most of the rest of the staff were also friendly and accommodating. The Landings itself has been very well maintained and updated, and the food is high quality, and service top notch. We stayed in a 3 bedroom on the beachfront with plunge pool, and did the all -inclusive for our family of 6 as well (4 kids 13 and under). We definitely thought it was all worth it. Highly recommend.

Great beach, restaurants on the beach, free water toys and our unit was huge - although it showed some wear and tear. Would stay again - it also was a great value. Restaurant staff was really nice and got to know us during our stay.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Landings Resort. The property is well-designed with both marina and beach access. We even got upgraded to a larger suite. There was a nice gym and tennis court which we used everyday. The Suru restaurant had good food except don’t order the chicken katsu roll. The only issues were: service was slow, our hot tub was lukewarm and no one came to fix it after request, and the coffee shop made terrible coffee and chai lattes. Would stay here again but eat and drink elsewhere.

The resort was exceptional. The place, staff were outstanding. The view was beautiful The food at the resort was disappointing. I would give it a C rating. The location of the resort unfortunately was approximately one and a half hours from the airport. Car service was painful! Once there. it became complicated to travel to other places to dine BTY. their. excuse for a breakfast buffet was inferior even in comparison to a number of all inclusive resorts we’ve attended ,
