The resort was lovely and overlooked the sea. The room and pool area clea and breakfastwas good.

I made a reservation for my mom and she loved it. She said staff were amazing to her and the food was great. She said the place is beautiful.

Very nice place to enjoy peace and comfort. The pool is cool, and there’s a more or less private beach. Swimming there is not encouraged, but perfectly possible if you take good care not to go in to far. Staff is super friendly and cooperative. Restaurant is above the average we experienced on CV. Centre of town only 200 escudos away. Great place. Recommend it.

Filthy pool broken bed. Breakfast good.

The ocean view and the sound of the waves from casa do sol made it a very relaxing stay. All staff members were very helpful and polite. The only thing that I think needs improvement is the standing shower in the bathroom. It looks a bit old and rusty.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. This property is unique and the location is perfect.

The pool was nice . Rooms is small and the price was to high .they charge per person and not per room. Not safe, anyone can come in and ask for you ,they’ll send them to ur room . There was a rude security at the door. They don’t allow u to park in front of ur room.

Proximity to the beach is great! Restaurant is only open in the morning- lunch and dinner is by reservation. But when we tried to make a reservation, the cook said no as he is the only cook on the property and he was going home. The property is a good walk away from other places so Dinner was a no go our first night. Also, I find the fake grass tarmac by the pool to be tacky. I felt like I was playing miniature golf- without the golf.

This is the best resort in Sao Filipe hands down.

The setting is stunning. The pool is lovely and the black sand beach is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the rooms became our home away from home. We enjoyed meeting other guests from around the world. We will be back!

I didn't expect such a wonderful place to stay in Cape Verde. The air conditioning worked well, as well as the internet, electricity, and water pressure. The location is beautiful with palm trees and other tropical plants. We enjoyed walking down to the beach on the stairs, but those who are afraid of heights might not enjoy the view as much. The rooms had little kitchenettes that allowed us to fix ourselves a little bit of food.
