We did not have very high expectations since this is 4 stars hotel. Most respects were satisfied. It would be more pleasurable if the staff at the front desk could have more smiles.

Free ice cream when you walk in - wow. Breakfast is another wow. Excellent hotel

The hotel is very near the airport bus stops just down the road and the hotel is in the old town of Riga ect ect

Clean, modern hotel, in a great location to explore Riga. Warm welcome, spacious rooms, comfy bed and clean bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hairdryer. In room ironing board, iron and safe. Plenty of plugs and USB ports by bed.

It is a beautiful hotel to be comfortable for the elderly people aswell .Delisios breacfast ,very friendly staff. Hightly recomended .👌

The location was super good, the room is big and clean, breakfast was fantastic too!

Great location, everything you needed. The room was very warm/dry heat and the pillows were far to soft but apart from that it was a great place to stay

Hotel location is absolutely perfect. Nice breakfast, decent rooms. Little snack section in the lobby if you’re feeling peckish at night. Overall I’d stay again. Perhaps for me was the inconsistency with housekeeping… at no point my shower gel or hand wash was replaced despite the bottles being empty. For a “Hilton” that felt like a bit of let down.

Gym was great - free weights, bands, & pulleys. Location excellent - walking distance from great restaurants and attractions. Staff efficient and professional, just don’t expect friendliness or smiles.

Everything is perfect except pillows are too soft for us. Hope hilton will provide memory form pillows in their hotels.

Amazing location in the old town, everything is on your doorstep. The rooms was very spacious and well equipped and modern.

I needed to check out due to a change in my work schedule shortly after noon and was charged a full day for that because it was after 12:00. I asked for 1/2 rate to be charged because that is what the website said would be charged and the property declined. I didnt agree with this, but there was nothing that I could do about it.
