Very friendly and efficient staff, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities, location, and food.

I arrived 30 minutes before check in time and was told to wait until 3:00pm although I was sure the room was ready. Could not program the air conditioning as it appears set to cold and not heat based on the time of year. Bed was comfortable but the duvet was not very warm. Room was clean and the amenities provided were appreciated.

As acomodações sao muito boas, o que pra mim faltou foi um microondas a disposição dos hospedes como encontramos em todos os outros ibis budget do mundo que fomos. No box do chuveiro devia ter um aviso do piso escorregadio, ele desliza bastante, possibilitando quedas graves. E por fim, secador emprestado pra hospede ser pago, e em dinheiro, também novidade pra mim que costumo usar a rede ibis budget.

Hotel com excelente localização, atendimento excepcional, café da manhã muito bom, quebrava um super galho, inclusive nos dias de passeios (que eles faziam um lanchinho pra levar). Com certeza me hospedaria novamente, super indico!!

Too too too small even for one person. Definitely not to share with a friend or a partner. There is no washroom. Just an airplane size toilet and shower. No privacyy

Each morning there was no breakfast available (only slices of bread & juice). I came down earlier & earlier each morning expecting food. Finally on the third morning I came down at 7:15am, breakfast starts at 7am & still only slices of bread & juice. They’re not making enough food for the number of guests they have staying. Don’t advertise breakfast as included with a stay if you won’t prepare enough food for your guests.

The hotel was clean and in a great location. Staff was very helpful. Conversing in English was a bit of challenge but we make it work. However for a budget hotel it felt expensive. The restroom was really small! Even planes have bigger toilets.

Perfeito. Bem localizada, atendimento amavel e quartos simplesmete perfeitos. Do tamanho adequado , com as amenidades condizentes e materiais muito bons. Otimo pra quem não precisa de muito do hotel

Breakfast and location are amazing.

Room was very small with limited resources. I do understand that this is a Budget Ibis but the amount of money charged for the room was quite expensive without including breakfast.
