The unique thing was the staff and the service they provided to us or any other guest. They were very friendly and professional.I will revisit this hotel again. It was unforgetable vacation.

everything went well in this resort clean good food and the pool are very nice but there is one accident happen. I will never forget it on the 22 May. They told her they’re gonna have a party in the disco area down. It’s a close area look like a club it was nice every residence went there to enjoy and dance and they bring a dancer and some Brazilian group and for all of a sudden some guys like six or seven guys come nobody know them and they just sit in the table they come from the back door and the employees of the hotel start to act they like own the place they start to bring them alcohol and fruits and anything they need and it was very weird situation and then later the dance start dancing and then they act very weird and drunk and before it’s finished for dance one of them call her and tell her can you go and start talking with the girls and the women to show them how to dance and the main reason of this they just wanna keep looking to girls and women there dancing and they keep laughing and looking into women. It was very weird unprofessional situation. I will never come back here ever again.

We had a fantastic stay at Amarina Abu Soma, the assets of the hotel is its staff. I would like to specifically thank the hotel manager for the improvements of the service and standard of the hotel. Mr. Ahmed went above and beyond to make sure me and my family ( 10 members) have a great time. Housekeeping ( Mohamed) and kitchen staff went extra miles to make sure your needs are met. Reception staff were superb dealing with our requests, thank you Mohamed and Maryam, you were the best. Special thanks to Mr. Marcos taking a very good care of my kids and making them try new food. Abdullah is one of the best gardeners, we love you so much.

It was the best stay ever! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! Especially for people with kids, not for those who want to party all night long. The area is not huge, but enough for evening walks and for all activities. The staff is soo nice, especially Ahmed from reception. He helped with every single thing right away! Cleaning crew, waiters, and animation team-all work so hard and are doing great job every day. The beach is beautiful and clean with spectacular view of the mountains! The property has four restaurants, water park for kids and adults, and performances every evening. We had a blast, and we will definitely will be back to this place again!

Their professionalism and warmth set a positive tone for my entire visit. During my stay, Takadom from housekeeping ensured my room was not only spotless every day but also meticulously organized. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed and added significantly to my comfort. Nour, the bellman, was consistently efficient and helpful, always ready with a smile and willing to assist with any requests or inquiries I had. Dining at the hotel was a delight, thanks to Mohamed in the restaurant. His excellent service and the delicious food he served were standout features of my stay. The restaurant’s menu offered a variety of high-quality dishes, making each meal a memorable experience. Additionally, the hotel’s overall cleanliness and the quality of its facilities were top-notch. Very nice place,i like the pools and the aquapark. the staff are very helpful and professional, specially Mr. Mohamed Ramadan in the reception. I highly recommended this place for families, kids and adults will enjoy.

The service is amazing. The entertainment is excellent. There's always something to do and the staff is more than willing to help. But the place is getting old and it's starting to show, perhaps a bit of a renovation would greatly help the appeal. Beach, Aqua park, dancing, endless buffets, great restaurants and great shows every night. As well as free drinks and oduvres with the all-inclusive package. But beware of the staff selling packages around the pool like safari and boat entertainment. Go outside to the market there's a travel office that will sell it to you for half the price. Coming back next year for sure.

Great staff Mr Remon , Maged , at the reception were doing their best to help and make our vacation memorable and happy , the restaurant team are amazing , clean and the food is of a great variety. Beach is amazing, clean water , and great beach bar.

What an amazing hotel and hoghly recommnded. We originally booked into Eagle Paradise which is a 0 never stat or book there. In middle of night we came here and the staff were absolutly amazing and went out their way to show us rooms and to ensure we had interconnecting rooms with our children. From the next day the staff knew our scenario and took extra care to make our staf as confortable as possible. The director of the hotel who we bumped into and just got talking took his time to know us and throughout the stay everytime shook our hands and made the effort to say hello which shows that from the top up the personal touch is beyond A*. Kitchen staff get to know their guests and so do lifeguards, securtiy etc. Food selection was amazing and rooms very confortable . This is by far one best hotels i stayed in and the most amazing team ive met and wish them all the best. A really big thank you to all of you.

I made a reservation and made a mistake with the days, I cancelled it right away but hotel didn’t want to refund me my money, I had to pay again. Not happy. Last time I stay here

I made a reservation, I called to cancel it immediately and Hotel hasn't been able to cancel it. Staff say there is no charge and expedia says tve hotel charged me. Im so upset with the hotel

All staff members are really cheerful ,nice and helpful especially Mr.Ibrahim Mansour, Mr.Martin, Ms.Mariem and Exceutive Chef Mr. Ahmed ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Resort is very clean and the views are amazing. The beach is lovely. Pools are several and the aqua park is so fun. Food is very delicious and there are wide variety of different kinds of food. Rooms are comfy and clean. I felt comfortable and happy throughout my vacation. They are really careful staff who want to success their work and keen about the the guests' satisfaction!
