To check in at midnight, guests do ring the bell and out of 2019 thousands of guests we have received (both foreign and local) none have complained about it, except for this person. 2. Rain and Mud Problem. Maybe this person didn't realize that if this person booked a 200 thousand budget hostel room, not a 5 star hotel. We don't have underground parking or valet parking, of course from the parking lot to the room if it rains, guests will get wet. 3. Inconsistency Reason. Arriving at midnight when checking in, first he reasoned that there was no table in the room so he canceled which was detrimental to the hotel, we had closed the room for him and he arbitrarily said cancel and we could no longer sell the room to other guests, second he reasoned that he could not check in to Traveloka to apply for a refund where in fact he could check in only because there was no writing desk he made a cancellation and we had tried to provide a table right away in the room, but he still wanted to file a cancellation on the grounds of heavy rain, wet and in the review he reasoned that the room was messy.
