El estacionamiento es muy bueno pero es un poco engorroso entrar y salir las plumas de entrada y salida no estan muy bien colocadas.

Me gustó mucho, está muy bien el hotel se lo recomendaría

The room was fine. The check in, hallways and shower were nowhere near a 9 rating. No amenities near by. The hotel restaurant food was terrible and very expensive.

The room was clean and the parking fee was super reasonable in comparison to others i have stayed at.

El aseo no lo hicieron un día y cuando solicitaba las cosas de baño cuando menos tenía que llamar a recepción como 3 veces y se tardaban como dos horas en llevar las cosas

The staff were always attentive and very friendly. Their breakfast buffet was definitely a hit. We enjoyed the variety on food; everything was very fresh. The shopping center next to the hotel was nice. They had a cafe, Little Cesars, OXXO, ice cream shop, and a few other stores. One thing I wish they had was more space to put your clothes in. They only had a closet, but no dresser so most of our clothes had to stay in our luggage's. The shower was another issue we had. The water would come out and would leak all over the bathroom. Besides those 2 issues, everything else was great. It was perfect for the days we stayed and would definitely stay there again, it was the perfect distance for everything we wanted to do outside the area.

Me gustó solo que el servicio de comida es extremadamente lento. A pesar de que éramos 2 mesas de 2 personas cada mesa más de 45 minutos en llevarnos de comer
