Weather was hot & muggy but typical for this time of year. Everyone was friendly & helpful with excellent customer service.

The hotel resort is nice. Not the best. On service they tried to make it good. Got my room and didn't have towels, had to call front desk. My floor my dirty, had ask them sweep it while I was there. Not all rooms have safe. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my passports in our room. Easy walking access to stores, vendors and restaurants. Bought a cooler to keep my drinks cold in my room, because no fridge. Expect loud music at night if your not a party person. Got to see cool Iguanas!!

The restaurant at the property took too long to get food. The water in the bathtub kept backing up and took forever to drain.

We stay 5 days at Gaviana Hotel on the 3rd floor, occupied standard room and enjoyed the partial view to garden, swimming pool and ocean, it rain hard we could hear the rain hitting against the window, it was very nice! Yes we will stay here aging. Thanks
