Loved the friendly service. Breakfast staff very friendly and helpful. The made me a delicious smoothie. My room was very cozy and comfortable

Great breakfast choice - IF you get there early. Comfortable bed. Room temp was set at 17 C when we entered, and it took a while to get it comfortable (wall thermometer/thermostat was not very accurate in the attempt to get room to 22 C). Desk clerk knew little about the EV charger (which was actually quite fast for a level 2 - 9.6 kw), but was eager to learn. Card-operated elevator was fussy (concomitant card flash and button press was not something I expected). Hot tub paint was peeling, timer and jets did not work. Shower beside pool was non-functional. Pool area was nice. No one seems to be replacing towels at poolside. Our accessible room had a really good shower setup.

Noisy, poor front end response to noisy kids, front lobby full of guests eating pizza drinking, pool inaccessible due to screaming kids , yes all three days.. could not access the tv, room not made up 2 nights. Bad stay!

Make sure you tell them you want your room cleaned! And not with the please make up the room tag. Told they are not allowed to come in and clean our room unless we are ther. Not help with unruly boys running up and down the hallways, knocking on doors, took over pool, lobby area, you could not get to the public areas due to pizza and beer party.

The hotel upon arrival had all there cleaning carts along the hallway making travel difficult. There was a few things that were overlooked in the cleaning service the lid to the ice bucket had mold and water spots. Upon arrival the bathrooms shampoo was empty and there was hair from the previous users in the shower and the TV remote was sticky. The comforter had many small tears on the edge from overuse or getting snagged in the washer these are things that were noticeable, but easily overlooked when busy I expect one or two issues like this cause nobody is perfect but it was multiple and so it just felt slightly neglected and dirty. The morning for breakfast they offered fresh smoothies and all u had to do was ask attendant but the breakfast attendant was rude and impolite when you asked and stayed in the back room so it took forever to ask.

Found blood on the bed sheets in my room. Tried to inform front desk over the cellphone help line they used, no answer. Left a review for management to see, no answer. Told the staff upon checkout, she thought I meant that I had left blood there and said it's okay, then finally understood that there was blood on the sheets before I got there and said she'd send bonus points my way. Bonus points of 3000 after not receiving any other answer seems to downplay how gross that way.

Very clean hotel with great beds. Pool area was nice but hot tub got shut down for maintenance after our first day. Over a long weekend I found that a surprising choice. Great experience otherwise though!

All around good hotel, definitely

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast, which was included, was plentiful and well presented. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Great place to stay!!
