Great location with beautiful views of the town. Really great service and communication ahead of our arrival, which was appreciated since we were visiting the area for the first time. Nice accommodations and clean living spaces throughout.

Close to lots of restaurants, bars and stores. Great view from our window included though there were stairs to climb to get anywhere. We loved it here and wanted to stay longer.

Liked the proximity to the city center and the variety of breakfast choices. I had a ground-floor room, so I easily heard passersby on the street and people coming in/leaving the hotel. Recommend bringing ear plugs (and eye mask as the curtains don't block out all light).

The view from the room was pretty and the firework show over the city was a wonderful surprise! The room was nice - but the bed was too firm and the room was not soundproof, so laughing from the lobby and the closing of doors was heard very easily. Other than that it was a nice stay and lovely to cross the bridge over the river from the hotel into the beautiful town.

Great location and views. Friendly, efficient staff. Heads up that hotel has no real system to store bags after check-out, which is a relatively early 10am.

The Villa Areka is areal gem. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Very nice stay and we did like the location for the parking. It was challenging with the stairs to old town (I have a bad hip and knees) but we did it. Quick walk to a bridge to old town. Beds were comfy. Noticed there was no air conditioner but we had a great breeze with the windows. Breakfast included and was nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Typical independent European hotel. Simple but functional. Great location with easy access to the center of down, down a flight of stairs. I had a city view room, which had a great view of Cesky Krumlov and the castle.

There are lots of choices when you are staying at cesky krumlov. If you are staying inside old town, it is hard to find parking and you probably have to walk to hotel after finding a parking space. This hotel is located just stairs(70steps) away from the old town and you can park your car at your hotel for 200ck. Hotel is very clean and located in quiet residential neighborhood. Breakfast was really good.

Hotel Villa Areka was clean, conveniently located, comfortable, and in a very quiet part of town. The staff was very accommodating, allowing for early check-in and answering any questions we had about the town. The breakfast was delicious! I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Cesky Krumlov.

The staff was very kind, and the breakfast was nice. The hotel was located near the center of the town, so it was very convenient for strolling around the town. Moreover, the room was clean, but a little bit small, so it was inconvenient to place two pieces of luggage. If I have a chance to visit this town again, I will definitely choose this hotel.
