Room small and very warm

Facitilities were good and location was great

The location is perfect. Annika in the "host office" was extremely helpful. I didn't really need a kitchen - the main reason why I picked this place was that it advertised a Hotrub, along with the Sauna (sauna seems to be a standard in every HEL hotel). Only problem was that... don't laugh...the HOTtub was cold!! No one else was in either of them (there were two!) - wonder if it was malfunctioning that one evening? Also, again this is my personal preference, the main areas were all rather dark and gloomy. However, the room had a great view .. beyond the historic Tull and Packhaus building, you could see the sea, harbor, city market, the Wheel, etc. The terrace was great too! I didn't try their breakfast. In-room coffee was good.

This property has a great location, especially to the ports/ ferries. It has many helpful amenities. It also serves a long duration stays or apartments so there is a communal kitchen if you needed it. It has a modern / Nordic design. There is not much staff , you check in by yourself. Our room could have been cleaned better as we found nail clippings on the chairs and floors. Otherwise the property was great and perfect for our needs

Great place to stay,great location,air conditioned,great amenities(we used the jacuzzi,the sauna and the steam room). Checking had a little problem didn’t realized that I had to use the code that they emailed me, luckily the office was open (10:00 to 19:00). Great apartment

Great location, nice to have a kitchen and laundry in the room, restaurant/bar on-site, gym, sauna, and hot tub too!

Very nice place. The only main constraint was the very cumbersome checkin process when arriving in the night: even for the kids I had to scan the passports and type in emails and phone numbers separately and manually from the start. The form did not copy my information but everything had to be typed in and scanned. No use for such a cumbersome process and very frustrating in the middle of the night…

The location is amazing. Very good storage in the unit and it was so nice to have a way to wash my clothing at the end of my 2 week trip!

Beautiful view, beautiful room. Great location. There could have been more clear instructions for using the washing machine, and it didn’t distribute the detergent. There is no dryer, didn’t know that. The restaurant is connected but a different business. Great food and service, just don’t plan to take wine to your room. I had trouble finding my code to check in and no one was around. Overall great though, would stay there again.

I was really surprised at how quiet the apartment was. With the windows closed there was zero sound from Outside also couldn’t hear anyone above, below or next door Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed Great location for ferry to Tallinn or the garrison island Highly recommend

Overall blown away by the amenities in this accommodation. The room was pretty clean except for the odd stray hair from previous stays. There was plenty of storage in the studio that was a nice touch to make the compact space feel more spacious. The access to the sauna and hot tub were a nice touch. It’d be nice if the hours were extended until 23:00 or 00:00 for the sauna facilities. The distance to the Market Senate Square was perfect with lots of public transport available nearby. The walk to the Port of Helsinki was very reasonable. I would stay here again and recommend this accommodation. Having the use of a washing machine and dishwasher would allow me to select Noli over an AirBnB in the future.

Great location within walking distance of port and city. Room spacious but steps up to bed is lethal. First night I fell down steep step. They had a washing machine which we tried to use. No instructions and No way could we get it to work!! We are Not all eng

This property is super super awesome. I highly recommend it to anyone who has a lead for a nice working space friendly people close to the city center. It’s just fantastic!

So, initially, we thought the double bed would be way too small for two adults of 180cm and more, but it was actually just fine and we slept well. Everything in this apartment is well thought out and well appointed. The oven/microwave quickly heated a meal, the freezer chilled our ice cream, the washing machine, as well as the dishwasher were appreciated (including the cleaning pods/tabs). The location is excellent, close to the market square, the ferris wheel, the yacht harbour, and downtown. We easily explored Helsinki on foot. When we needed a bit more coffee for the room, it was brought to our room right away. Thank you for a relaxing stay with great amenities. I would definitely stay here again. Oh, and we liked the "young vibe"...I mean, there's a pool table for use in the lobby! Thank you!!!

This is a different model for a hotel. There is intermittent staff at the location and no one describes the property, rooms or amenities. The wall temp control says it has air conditioning to adjust temp but there really is no air conditioning. Room was clean and nicely located.

Amazing place! It was clean, had an amazing gym, sauna, hot tub, and in unit washer!!

Great location on the harbor. Clean, modern, and quiet with a balcony. Close to everything. Highly recommend.
