Great place to stay & very budget friendly..

Would stay here over and over

really nice and clean

The staff were wonderful! They went over and beyond our needs. Very helpful with staying an extra day. Its always a grad stay here in scottsdale location.

Would've been a 5 star all the way through? I've had a few guests. They were very noisy throughout the night. I had minimal interaction with the staff, but what I did have was positive.

This was my first stay at a Hilton. I will stay at another. One of our nights was not great. On our floor at 2 -3 in the morning a woman was yelling and arguing with someone in the hall. She should of been asked to leave.

Very spacious and nice room. Breakfast was good and had lots of options. Pool nice and clean. The hotel had everything and the area is very walkable and has a shopping center with resteraunts and activities around

The only downfall is the pool location relative to the building. The sun was blocked all afternoon/evening.

Loved the area and food options around the hotel.

Allison was so accommodating and kind! She helped us after my medical appointment was altered and caused us a 7 hour delay or detour! I will always stay at the TRUHILTON when we arrive in anything

The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great. Lots of snacks. Only complaint was ac was super noisy! Would stay again.

Very comfortable bed, excellent heating/cooling system. Clean. Dog was very comfortable

Absolutely love this place

Nice and cozy place with friendly staff and convenient location. Overall a comfortable stay, but it would be great if the room floors could be cleaned a bit more thoroughly—they felt quite sticky during our visit. Hope to see this small improvement next time!

Great place to stay

Property looks great, staff was great and the room was great. The hallway to the room has a musty smell. Everything else was perfect.

Very nice hotel. Nice neighborhood. Everything is new around.

Loved my 2 nights there. Only issue I had was in back of the toilet it was so gross. It looked like old vomit that never got wiped up.

I truly enjoyed the variety and quality provided at breakfast. It is the best hotel breakfast I've had in a long time. It was quick and convenient to check in/out. Clean rooms and comfortable pillows. My only complaint is one of the elevators was not in service and so waiting for the elevator took a bit longer. We plan to stay here again.

Booked 2 rooms for my daughter’s 18th birthday. We were excited! The pictures looked great. The pictures definitely do not depict what you actually get. The pool area looks nothing like the pictures. The room walking in seemed smaller than the pictures. Upon putting up a few decorations I noticed some stains on the wall that looked like throw up. I did take pictures just to make sure this was not put on me. The next room was next door, which was nice, I do wish the rooms had a splitting door but it was not a big a deal. The next room also had stains on the wall not as many, the floor was sticky but overall seemed okay. The turning point was the staff and the breakfast. Both were great and for that I enjoyed the stay. Would I stay here again. Yes I think so
