The hotel is in a great location, very convenient for exploring Salamanca. The design of the hotel is nice and stylish while keeping the historic features. Now onto the negatives, I booked online about a week before the stay, and in total I received 19 automatic emails and 8 text message which was annoying. The hotel totally lacked the personal touch. There was nobody present, I used the “24 hour” WhatsApp to ask for help with the broken WIFI and nobody acknowledged or replied (the one time I wanted them to contact us! We stayed in room 007 which was in the courtyard. The building is clad in a metal material so the mobile signal inside is very poor meaning WiFi was crucial. There was no coffee in the room only tea sachets. And the mugs were not cleaned between the two nights when our room was serviced. There was a water feature right outside our room that dried up but continued to run so the noise from this was also frustrating. The air conditioning in the room did not work, the temperature was getting weirdly getting hotter. Obviously we could have normally asked for help from reception for these issues, but the emergency number did not reply.

A really quirky and modern hotel with great rooms. The on site cafe/bar is great. It's location means you are only 5 to 10 minute walk from all the attractions

Staying at this hotel was a very nice and rewarding surprise. We stayed here last year (Nov. 2024) for my PhD's defense and loved the hotel. -Convenience: you can briefly park your car by the entrance to quickly check-in and/or drop your luggage off, it is very close to all the major places in the are and is very close to a parking garage. The cafeteria/bar/breakfast room downstairs was great! -Design: The hotel has a very modern and streamlined design. Even though we are not into the specific theme displayed, we were able to appreciate the overall design, the good taste, the attention paid to details (and the time necessary to do so), the work and effort put into building and creating the different spaces. -Staff: every person we interacted with, starting with the call center agents, were very pleasant and helpful. We left Melibea knowing that whenever I need to go back to Salamanca, this will be our first choice! Thank you.

Fantastic location in the heart of the historic town. Very contemporary & comfortable hotel would recommend

This is the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in while in Europe. While the art in the rooms is a little weird, the garden and terrace area is so lovely! Some of the finishing work in the room is cheap, but the beds are comfortable and housekeeping is friendly and does their job well. A nice, tranquil location that is still very close to all the must-see locations in Salamanca!
