Good Experience

Outstanding property! The staff are all amazing and work so hard to make your stay comfortable an enjoyable. One of the best hotels we have stayed at in Goa. Also the New Year’s Eve celebration dinner was fantastic amazing food drinks and entertainment. Recommend this hotel totally

Very good staff, comfortable stay , very accommodating . Good breakfast options Pool is very clean , slightly smaller but good fun with kids Rooms were clean, first night the toilet had bit of smell but was resolved Very happy with our stay

They wait on me hand and foot in all aspects. Plenty of staff to always have you takem care of without any complaints or even a worry. All the food was great I cleaned my plate almost everytime and that is rare at a buffet because you are trying so many different things. Legit five stars.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure our trip was enjoyable and we had everything we needed. The breakfast were great and we enjoyed the other hotel facilities- the pool and spa. We had a great holiday - thank you.

The customer service at this hotel is excellent. Good induction to the hotel, and welcome. Wide range of choices for breakfast for all cultures. Comfortable bed. Modern facilities. Lovely clean pool. Little added extras for example welcome drink, fruit, a cake on departure. Very clean room. Friendly staff from reception to housekeeping. We would go back to this hotel, wished we stayed longer. Palolem is beautiful.

Sobit Sarovar portico hotel was absolutely amazing. The stay was very comfortable. The staff were all welcoming. The service and food were excellent. The staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Thank you to all the staff, especially Vaisali, Chef Pratik and Manjula.

Really enjoyed our stay here, rooms were lovely, nice and clean and tidy. Staff were amazing and so helpful will definitely be staying here again. Pool is lovely and only down side is there is only 14 sunbeds around the pool so could do with a few more.

Lovely 4* hotel. Staff are excellent. Service & cleanliness excellent. Breakfast great. Super convenient for the shops, bars, restaurants & beach. Can’t fault it apart from the pool service. No waiters around in the day to take orders was a bit disappointing.

Hmmm, I have stayed on this hotel a few times now and unfortunately this time I have to say that it had gone downhill a bit. The staff are not very friendly or helpful and some are quite rude. My bikini was stolen from my balcony & they just laughed and said they’d checked the cctv & no one stole it, basically calling me a liar. I asked to look t the cameras but they said no. Not enough sunbeds at the pool area. The rooms are lovely though and the whole hotel is very clean.

Decent 3 star hotel just off the main road and less than 5 minutes walk from the main Palolem beachfront. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is good - the breakfast buffet offering is quite wide-ranging and good quality. Rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. Only downside is the bathrooms don’t have external windows so get very sticky and hot! Nice gym, pool and spa also on site.

Wonderful attentive staff , made our stay very enjoyable , just a footstep away from the restaurants and Main Street

The team was perfect, room perfect, But was a lot of noise coming from the roof all the day and night , even when I complained on 1:00ap it not stop. It impossible to slip in this hotel because of the noise . Good points for the hotel is the service of the team , the rooms and the clean
