Poor cleaning, broken exhaust,poor air conditioning, dirty uncleaned bed sheets, bad service, poor reception. Its a low /poor quality hotel.

Room was not clean and pictures shown are not even close to actual room. Wont recommend for family

Room was not cleaned. Linen was Dirty and torn . It was dusty and smelling. When i ask for taxi it was on time but no AC in month of June and they me 500 rs. For it not to suggest any others.

The room condition and amenities provided in room is quite different from what has been shown in the pictures. Please provide the real image of the rooms and property and let people decide if they want to book the property or not. The staff service is good and cleaniness is ok.

Had a lovey time at your hotel. The hotel was very nice with all staff being pleasant and polite. We had an issue on arrival regarding a cot for our daughter but this was resolved quickly. The staff apologized for not getting back to me regarding an email I sent a few weeks previously. Breakfast was really nice. The drinks and finger buffet at 7pm are a really good idea and gets the guests talking to each other and meeting new people. We have had a fantastic time.

Extremely dirty and terribly kept rooms. Do not stay here, if you don’t want to sleep on stained dirty linens, hardwood beds in a dingy non ventilated room. Go to a prison instead.

The Management are very friendly and helpful, the hotel is spacious and clean and a central location , I will definatly be happy to stay there often.

It was very nice to stay at Heritage home pahachan. Staff and location is prefect good approach getting transportation good street food room is clean and big size I would like stay again. Thank to all staff feel ho.ely and comfort stay.

Hôtel exécrable. Après un accueil en dessous de tout, nous avons été conduis dans une chambre sale. Les photos ne reflètent absolument pas la qualité des chambres. La plupart des commentaires qui concernent cet hôtel (notamment Google) sont faux (chose récurrente pour les hôtels de Delhi). Seul aspect positif : l'AC (clim) était fonctionnelle. Vous trouverez moins cher et plus propre à Delhi, malgré la multiplication des arnaques dans la ville :/
