Great experience and perfect location. The staff were very helpful, and the room was comfortable and very clean. Definitely recommended. I’ll stay here again on future trips to Bilbao.

Excellent location, easy check-in and welcoming staff. Nice touches in room (shower cap, extra toothbrushes, tissue pack). Beds were comfy and overall we slept very well at this hotel.

Staff was very nice, room was clean and refreshed daily. I asked for a hot water kettle and it was brought up 20 minutes later. Room ha individual AC/heating and blackout curtains that did keep the light out. They have a breakfast buffet which seems like a good deal at 11 euro (prepaid, regular 17) but I am not a breakfast person. Great location, too.

The hotel was in an excellent location for exploring the city either by foot or public transportation. The room was comfortable and met our needs.

Lovely modern hotel in a good location close to the old town & train station. Good sized rooms, very clean & quiet, spotless bathroom. Very friendly & helpful staff. Would stay again.

The hotel was centrally located near the main shopping district and in walking distance of the main attractions of the city. Our room was modern and clean.

The room was comfortable and clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location, at a walking distance from many attractions. However, the hotel is not a typical 4 stars hotel. Many facilities as a bar, specious lobby or fitness room are missing. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel! Location is superb very close to the metro station, shopping centre and most attractions are walkable. Breakfast has a great selection of food & drinks. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again
