Spacious room, courteous staff

Very good

Could not open the water bottles in the room. Not enough electrical plugs and no transformers provided in the room for international travelers with Asian phone chargers; therefore could not charge my Asian phone. Room too hot; temperature control hard to understand so I slept with no heating and the whole thing turned off.

Staffs were friendly, room were clean

i stay for two days big room, frindly staff, A/C ok, hotel have car park at basement, excellent breakfast and hotel location in city center

Bir haftalık konaklamam oldu. Otel konum olarak harika. Temizlik on numara . Güvenle kaldım hiç bir sorun yaşamadım. Spa hamam mutlaka deneyin derim. Kahvaltıya sadece 1 kere inme şansım oldu çeşit yok denecek kadar azdı . Tek sıkıntı odalarda balkon veya pencere yok nefes alamıyor insan. Otelde açık alanda oturup çayınızı kahvenizi içebileceğiniz hiç bir yer yok can sıkıcı bir durum. [ Teras katta açık alan var fakat fiyatlar afaki derecede pahalı ] Genel olarak otele yakın cafelerde oturmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz boş zamanlarda. Fakat genel anlamda ilgi alaka personel çok iyiydi .Özelikle güvenlik Demet hanımın güler yüzü için gelinir. Ben bir bayan olarak memnun kaldım. Her şey için teşekkürler

Breakfast wasn't a 5 star experience

A very relaxing stay within walking distance of shopping, food, Artist Street, and museums. Restaurant gave discount for hotel guests. Very nice!
