Cleanliness needs to be improved. Staff should be more diligent in communicating the hotel's amenities, such as the upstairs cafe. The food in the cafe is delicious, so guests don't have to go out for food.

It is a good place to stay during my concert. Pretty close to GBK and other malls. There are lots of food stalls nearby 👍.

The AC doesn't work, the toiletries are not good, the service is not good.

The rooms are clean, modern, like elite boarding houses, really close to GBK, lots of people selling food as well as the surroundings, room service (ordering food in the room) isn't expensive either, I just lost my access card and was charged 100k for a card replacement.

The hotel is comfortable for its price class. The mattress is comfortable, clean, the position of the desk is right for overtime.

First time staying at D'Padmaya Residence, the rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and the hotel is very strategic in the middle of Jakarta, next time will stay here again, highly recommended, especially the superior type rooms are a must try 👍🏻.

The rooms are spacious, clean, but the curtains are very bright, then the night is noisy from outside, the food is okay, everything is delicious.

The room is quite large, cleanliness OK, but their was a leaked on the bathroom above the wc, inside the room I still can hear sounds from the corridor.

Sockets / plugs are very very limited
