Turns out we're all in the same house. Not recommended for singles. Not as described, conned.

The staff is very helpful, they gave their phone numbers and fast response. They also gave souvenirs which adds the cherry on top. I slept like a baby during my stay, though adding fragrance in the room, especially the bathroom (it somehow has funky odor), can make it better.

The inn staff were friendly and very helpful since I checked in late at night. There are only a few facilities that need more attention in detail. But everything is okay.

Initially I was at the Alana C11 villa, unfortunately I was moved to Alana in Block 1, even though I was hoping for it there because it had a pool, oh well, the important thing is that it's still comfortable.

The place is nice and very clean, comfortable and definitely affordable.

Overall everything is good and must be maintained, those who don't like the bathroom because the hot water tap facility doesn't work, wanting to take a hot shower can't, the atmosphere outside is cold plus the hot water doesn't work so you have to take a shower in the afternoon. It's sad.

It's quite comfortable to stay here. The room is clean & there is no noise because the location is in a residential area. It could be an option for a place to stay if you go to Garut. There is a complete kitchen that can be used by guests who stay.

Comfortable, homey, and cozy. Suitable for you and your family 🫶🏻.

It is impossible to express in words how such a cheap hotel has star-rated service.

Ternyata bukan hotel tetapi rumah villa. Pembayaran terpending selama 1 jam sedangkan saya dan rombongan sudah sampai ditempat. Saat waktunya istirahat (tidur) pintu depan tidak boleh dikunci, karena ada penjaga yang harus menjaga di dalam rumah dengan ikut tidur di sofa. Amat tidak sangat recommended. Tidak ada privacy untuk tamu yang menginap 👎.

The price is affordable, the rooms are clean, especially the bathrooms, they are also clean, very beautiful, there is a swimming pool too. Very comfortable if you bring your family.

It turns out this is a small house with several rooms. I'm both husband. Feeling uncomfortable at home with people you don't know. So I canceled staying there.

The rooms and all facilities match the photos. The rooms are clean, fragrant and cool. Prayer tools are also available, the downside may be that there isn't a set of toothbrushes available (or you have to ask the guard first). Apart from that, everything is very comfortable.

A comfortable and safe place. Feel at home. Access is easy and trusted, the template is clean. Recommend.

Alhamdulillah sangat nyaman dan berkesan berlibur bersama keluarga. Saya booking 2 kamar di lantai dan di lantai bawah. Kekhawatiran air tidak lancar itu tidak terjadi. Air di atas dan di bawah lancar. Air panas lancar, semuanya baik.
