room spotless 10/10 experience

Great staff and hotel!

Overcrowded and under staffed

Sadly, this was the worst experience I’ve had at the Marriott and I’ve been coming since I was in high school! Food and staff were great but our room was not. The rooms overlooking the lobby are extremely loud and the walls felt paper thin. As a couple who stayed out pretty late the music and noise downstairs continued until late in the night and our next door neighbors kids woke us up at 7 am every day because the walls were so thin. Super disappointed and will be considering another hotel in Aruba for the first time ever. :(

Lack of space and availability at the pools. Poor service at the reception area. Lack of information upon arrival. Not enough restaurants. Really mediocre service at Chris Ruth restaurant.

Not the greatest place. Very expensive. They nickel and dime you for everything. $1000 per night and you don’t even get continental breakfast. They have beggars stationed throughout to sell time shares. Food at the restaurants was mediocre at best.

Beautiful room ; great view! Very helpful staff . I wasn’t familiar with the hotel website that you need to download to register for palapa thatched umbrellas on the beach. There is a proceed you must follow to get one for free . Many are already paid for in advance but the staff showed me how to rehister. The food was great ! We went to Ruth Chris Steakhouse and Aldo the breakfast buffet and Starbucks. Amazing gelato show on property Besutiful pool with waterfall and bar . Great weather! Very relaxing time!

Rooms were spotless, staff was extremely polite and the pool bar was fun with great music and drinks/food! The overall atmosphere was amazing!

The hotel and rooms were very clean and the enjoyable. The only complaint we had was the music from the DJ was a little too loud in the lobby at night and you could heard it from our room

The only good things about this resort is how well maintained it is and our dining experience at Atardi. If you're expecting amazing service and quality food then this isn't the place for you. At 1k per night our expectations were definitely not met, not even remotely. I've stayed at Marriott worldwide and this resort is not representative of the brand. Service except for at a Atardi was nonexistent, the staff acted like they were doing you a favor. Safe to say I've visited and stayed at more beautiful, hospitable places and will not be returning to Marriot or Aruba for that matter

Everything from start to finish was exceptional with our stay. Bar, restaurant, beach, all workers, room, shower, the list goes on….Cant wait to return!!
