Towels smell bad, wifi is unstable

The room was new and clean; the food was good. However, bicycle renting service was not available upon request, and the room had a slight smell of paint when I checked in.

Menvra Hotel is a newly built hotel in Hai Phong. Rooms are spacious and clean. Elegant, warmly colored. The price is quite reasonable, not too expensive.
