From the outside, the building looks old and dilapidated. Inside, the hotel doesn't look like a hotel at all. The check-in counter was full of letters and packages. The reception staff were okay. The air conditioner in the room was very old and couldn't be adjusted downwards. The water heater was old and the water flow was slow. Most of the guests were Chinese and other foreigners. Room service food was placed in front of the room and smelled musty.

The location is okay, near MRT. The room is relaxing, it doesn't feel like you are in the city, you can hear the birds from outside. My only concern is the pool. It needs cleaning and maintenance. The entire area/place is dirty 😔

Very annoying with not accepting the transfer. It is a key card deposit. I have to waste time calling a taxi to withdraw money. It costs more. I asked to come back to pay when I went out but it was not possible. I could not transfer money. The staff did not have any kindness to help. Very annoying. Anyone who comes to stay must prepare cash only.

The room was not as advertised. The air conditioner was moldy and had a musty smell. I asked to change to a new room, which was a little better. The room was very narrow and very creepy.

Check in at 10:00 p.m. Staff couldn't find the name. Even though yesterday I called to confirm and talked 3 times until I was annoyed. I don't know why, but the employee told me they had already found it. Today there is a new employee coming to work, so I don't know much about it. It's Friday night. There are many customers but new employees come to work to receive customers. And not only us, but there are also customers in 2 other rooms who encountered the same problem. Very bad. Should be improved.

Sorry forgot to take a photo. The rooms smell good and are very clean, the prices are cheap. There's a refrigerator. Heating kettle. Anyway the best. 👍.

Good place and Good sound to sleep nothing have a noice sound to much. Old place but safe place. Nice condition to select for living.

The room size is not narrow Booked as a single bed, didn't read that the size was 3.5 feet, the bed was a bit narrow.
