There was no water when I wanted to shower in the morning, and the water heater wouldn't work that night. The staff tended to be indifferent, even telling me to just wait until the water was refilled.

The hotel staff has no ethics by knocking on the door very loudly when reminding to check out.

It's really nice, next month I want to stay here again

i have been staying here for a week, first we stay in the first floor near the pantry, but unfortunately we need to move into another room closer to the front because there was a trouble with the internet connection that can not reach into our room. the new room is quite dissapointed comparing the first one, this one the bed is so hard, the bathroom door not functional. but we try to compromise it since we had good experience with the staff. the old ladies working in the kitchen were really nice and they cooked good! the food enourmous, big portion and taste feels like home, the front office also being welcome and helpfull with our need.

The place is cool, the room the bed is also clean, comfortable didnt smell at all, the bathroom is the same everything works properly. The staff is friendly, helpfull. The pool is small but the water is clean.

Highly recommended..next time when the kids go to Tangerang, they want to stay here again..

Okay, it's quite comfortable, but the cleanliness of the bedsheets, bedcovers and towels could be more noticed

The staffs were helpful, the hotel is relatively quiet as well, the room has AC, TV, hot water, and even a mini bar. So I do recommend this place for those who are travelling. The only issue I have is that, it's just a little bit away from the main road. Also, the room was overall clean but I find the walls to be quite dirty. It would be great if they could keep the room maintained well. Overall, I had a great stay there. Thank you hm social Karawaci!

There are no amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste.

I often come here every 2 weeks, the place is very comfortable, only suggestion is that the AC should be checked regularly.

Overall the room is good but sorry to say the receptionist is not able to maintain privacy.
