Lied to the hotel closed 2 weeks ago, paid in full, the hotel was locked.

During the day, 4 rooms are given to someone else even though I have paid from 8 January. Very disappointing!

Yes, it's quite okay, there are only a few things that make it uncomfortable, the smell of the toilet in the bedroom, maybe because it only uses curtains so early in the morning, there is a thud that makes you unable to sleep. Sandat overall room can be added so, I mostly become boring news. It's already chaotic looking for a vehicle too maybe maybe because it's in a residential complex.

I checked in at 1 pm, because I took the last flight from Surabaya. Until there was no one guarded, there was no lobby / security. Nearly 1 hour I went around the place. Until finally I found a small room near the kitchen, then I knocked. Exit the guard of the place with an unpleasant tone and rough open the door. Very, very not recommended.

The check-in process is unclear where to go, the room is still wet when entered, there is no bath mat, can't get a towel even though it has been requested since the beginning of the check-in until check-out is not given, the room is open so can be doused with water from above, can't get toiletries at all

Not given a towel, only 1 pillow but another room I saw there were 2 pillows, no pillow sheets, shabby bed linen.

Not given a pillowcase pillow.
