Good, basic business hotel; reasonable location close to a good grocery store and some historically-very-important locations.

I was able to sleep.. check-in strictly at 3pm.

Overall my best stay in Japan, staying in budget friendly option, the only one, I would strongly sugest to stay on. There is a nearby bus stop, that can take you to most places in Kyoto within a 30 mins time. 24/7 front desk staff that was so helpful, you can wash for 300 yens and dry your close in the hotel for 100 yens. Best value. I would stay here again.

It’s the only place in Japan that I am giving a low rating. It felt like everything I asked the answer was No. why cannot they keep the luggage for a few hours after checkout? It’s done pretty much everywhere else. The room itself was fine but the service was so so.

We like it that the air conditioner can be coverted to heater. No other place offered that.

Nice budget hotel in beautiful Kyoto.

Close to Nijjo castle convenient to public transport. Kyoto has lots of areas to see and explore well worth visiting.

No option to hold luggage upon checkout. I accidentally booked a smoking room (my fault) so be careful when booking.

I had a small single bed room which im fine with but if you are a large person or dont like small smaces...dont get the budget room. I absolutely enjoyed it. Staff was fantastic, room was clean and its a very nice neighborhood in the center of all the adventures.

Room looked clean at first, but once i took a closer look at the bed, i found stains on the bed covers, bathroom was very small for a normal size person, and front desk staff was almost never at the front desk.

Stay was fine, staff were helpful. Good amenities and easy check in. Got a huge shock when I went to use the power point behind the desk- caked up in so much dust, the same under the bed and behind the TV, and on the appliances and chair in the room. Used the laundry and the same- dryers had dust spilling from the top of the machine. The place is fine, but they need to do regular deep cleaning, was crazy how much dust was caked up in these areas.

The room was filthy, we booked a non smoking room and there was an ashtray in the room and the entire floor reeked like smoke. Checked for items under the bed before leaving and there were several inches of dust, dirt and hair etc… gross. Bed spread had stains.

There was no Front Desk available for help/inquiries. Overpriced for the room and location. The view from the Room wasn’t appealing at all. No available amenities, such as (Laundry, Spa, Dining Area) Overall 2/10 Experience When a customer pays for above average room expenses, it is unacceptable to find 0 help from Front Desk. Also, location is way too far from any major stations for transportation. Also Room View was very unappealing. No amenities like Laundry, Dining Area, or Spa, for that price, is also extremely disappointing. This experience actually felt like a ghost hotel, with nobody around. The only reason this rating isn’t 1/10, was because housekeeping did a pretty good job, and the bathroom’s had most of what you needed

部屋に電子レンジと空気清浄機(加湿機能付)があるのがありがたかったです。長期滞在に向いていると思います。
