The room was clean, but the facilities were lacking, there was no aqua and no toothbrush.

A few months ago it was very clean maybe because it was still new. But now the hair is dirty everywhere especially under the mattress when all the hair's contents are opened F (FYI why did I lift the mattress because my son's colored pencil went under it to take it that way). Then also with a fairly narrow room for prayer even very tight why not provided prayer rooms even though for Muslims is very important, it's not good if praying right in front of the tv / bathroom 😢

The classic hotel interior is old school, so cool for photos, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the blankets are also thick. The price per night is not too expensive either. Below is a cafe that has good food and cheap prices. There is also a piano that can be played 😁

Although a bit busy playing cellphones, the staff are kind, friendly, responsive about complaints. room decoration okay, but dirty, lots of hair on the mattress, on the floor, can't get mineral water. Change rooms 3 times. first because there was a lot of hair, second because the air conditioner didn't turn on, third, finally I got a room, even though in the bathroom the water was super small but it felt bad moving constantly. Yes, just accept it because the price is also cheap. It's better to pay more for better facilities, especially the cleanliness of the mattress and the bathroom. For the price offered you should not expect more, btw the cafe is really cool, all antique.

No clean address on the rather difficult to find by grab or grab food, the clerk is less tidy, and less clean toilets.

Good but the staff are not friendly and the TV channel is broken.

The hotel is strategically located close to eateries and easy access to public / online transportation. quite unique for the interior of the hotel. But when it comes to ordering a double bed room, when an empty room comes. replaced with 2 bad ones. Even though it was ordered far away using Traveloka. the room is very much mosquito. Blankets and pillowcases were not replaced. Request toilet tissue not given to the room. Even though the price is affordable for a short break, please keep in mind the comfort for the customer. Hopefully in the future, we can improve our service to customers with input from customers and come to the attention of the management, thank you.
