Strategic location, there is a restaurant in front of the hotel, but the sheets and towels are not very clean. The TV doesn't work, the AC is not cold enough and is noisy.

Although the price is cheap, not as cheap as OYO of course, the place is worth as the price. Bed is clean, tidy. Floor is clean and slippery because just cleaned 😂

Friendly staff, clean hotel, affordable price, there is Sara cafe next to it so you can hang out in the morning while eating traditional snacks, there is a coffee shop opposite and it is nice because it is in the central area of Malang city.

It was a different experience from any other hotel I've been to. And there've been a few We had no towels, no toilet paper and huge ants in the bathroom. They also didn't offer any help planning our trip further, even calling a taxi was eventually settled by the girl from the next door restaurant. The staff spoke next to no English. The room was shabby. On a positive note, they gave us a room to change when we arrived early before check-in from another city and kept our luggage after locals requesting this service on our behalf. Though they did put it in an unguarded area when we where gone, so that also didn't help towards a secure feeling. Wouldn't recommend.

Overall it's okay but there is 1 experience that I think is bad service about the employee who may be new there and does not understand the rules of extending stay. Until the evening I was asked to pay for the extension even though it was only 1 am and another employee said that it would be okay to pay for the extension later during check-in time. Until being rude. But overall I like it. Can join the live music at ZARA cafe. Thank d pavilion. Next year I will stay there again.

The hotel staff was not friendly. The toilet seat was chipped and needed to be replaced (105).

The hotel room is very not soundproof, all kinds of vehicles passing around the hotel sound is only filtered 10%, the strategic location actually backfires because it is difficult to sleep with all the noise outside. The smell of cooking from the restaurant below also enters the room, so the window of this room is very loose, both smell and sound can easily enter. Many room accessories are broken, if not fixed at least please remove them so that it doesn't look shabby. The quality of the bed is also very poor, just a little movement feels like an earthquake and the mattress is not firm enough. The glasses in the room are dusty, maybe they haven't been occupied for a long time, there are no bathroom equipment, only towels.
